Skills Evaluation

People often enough claim high levels of a skill for which they are mediocre or horrible. Of course we want to trust people at their word, but some discreet research can be helpful.

Interviews, as done by most businesses, have been (carefully) statistically shown to rarely do better than no interviews at all (needs citation). Bizzarre, right? So, do we want to figure out a reliable kind of interview and build it into a curriculum?
